It was 1999 and it all started when I was called by a Travel Agency owner about assisting on a trip overseas with a large group of travelers. I jumped at the new opportunity, although I had no clue what I was doing! After 3 years of "on-the-job training" I knew this would be my new career path, so my wife and I decided to purchase the company. A scary time, but anything worthwhile always comes with a bit of fear.

We started slow and decided that groups would be our specialty. The first major group trip was to Maui with 275 people our first year. We learned a LOT!!! We also made some lifelong friends and earned a client that has been with us for 20 years now. We look at each group as a relationship building opportunity. Every attendee is treated as if they were the only people on the trip, which makes them feel special. 

During the past 20 years, we have been Blessed to assist groups as small as 30 people to as large as 1,000. From Puerto Rica to Fiji, Sydney, Singapore, Bali and Costa Rica. We have taken people too many exotic destinations, not only once but several times. Whether it's a southern Caribbean cruise or a beach get away to Grand Cayman, we can do it.

In 2020, Incentive Travel started to grow even further by adding the following affiliations:

1. ARC accredited.
2. Certified to offer Allianz Travel insurance.
3. Added Sabre Red 360 GDS.
4. Partnered with Travel Leaders Network.
5. Added a Group Air Specialist to arrange all air travel in house.
6. Partnered with a Tzell travel provider.
6. Added specialties to our resources such as Hawaii and Kauai destination specialists along with being a Fiji Travel specialist ...and more to come.
