Spear headed by Perla Georgino, President/CEO and co-founder, with 30+ years of experience in the industry, she oversees daily operations and is responsible for much of the agency’s growth. She does so side-by-side with a team of expert executives and senior Corporate Travel Professionals.

· Enrollment to airline, hotel, and rental car loyalty programs. Account numbers are recorded at the time of booking to ensure proper mileage and booking credits.

· Offer guidance and/or assistance in obtaining passports, renewals, and entry visas that may be required for travel. Our international staff is well-versed in providing information pertaining to currency exchange and customs matters.

· Guarantee that travelers will be offered a rate, not only for what was specifically asked for, but also alternatives that may be more cost effective, and have a similar schedule. We work with consolidators, thus further reducing overall travel costs.

· With a direct partnership with Travel Leaders and our own private contracts, we are able to offer competitive rates for air, hotel, and car rentals worldwide.

· Direct interface between our reservation system and back office (TRAMS Accounting Program). This allows accurate transfer of all travel and accounting information into our database.

· Reports can be provided on a monthly basis. All reports are created in-house, customized to the client’s specifications which can be easily modified.
